VX220/Speedster NGK Turbo Crankhaft Position Sensor
The crankshaft sensor delivers the main input signal for the ECU if it fails the ECU cannot calculate a default value and keep the engine running, resulting in a car breakdown.
Sensors don’t have dedicated replacement intervals.
Water in the connector or sensor, broken wires and age are factors that may contribute to the failure of engine speed and position sensors.
To prevent these parts from becoming faulty, it is advisable to replace them during the lifetime of your vehicle.
