Full Stainless Steel TIG welded seams so won’t rust like the OEM .

The New Fan Blower system is then Bead blasted and then Black power coated inside and out.

The motor is a powerful compact modern unit internally mounted for weather resistance.

Integral 3 Speed 22amp resistor with heat sink and neat wiring see OEM picture

Air Outlet is supplied made from stainless steel and powder coated not the thin original flimsy plastic piece that’s loosely fitted

Plug and play , no wiring or water hoses to be cut , moved or replaced.

3 Speed and flows more air than the OEM.

Lotus original Part number for the blower unit was A111P012F

Also included in the Complete kit ready to install are the below items.

Our full system has been meticulously manufactured from thicker ABS material than OEM or other specialists.

It also includes the correct internal features that directs the air correctly along with a foam-covered flap that alleviates directed air leakage.

All the fixings / mounts are manufactured from stainless steel, including the flap lever and the flaps are powder coated Aluminium not untreated items that Lotus used.

The kit comes with new fixing bolts that fix the unit to the front chassis/Tub.

The System consists of :

Main Heater Housing with internal pre-installed flap and bracketry.

New upgraded Heater Martix as shown in the picture.

Heater Lid with Foam cushioning and stainless-steel bracket

New Stainless Steel Heater Control Lever ( this part is £60 if purchased from Lotus).

Heater Cable Clip.

Long Velcro Strap for Extra secure fitment.

The EliseParts system is available in both Right Hand Drive format or Left-Hand drive for those people converting from one side to the other.
