The EliseParts Heater Housing system has been developed for several reasons

1/. The original parts are now obsolete from Lotus

2/. The original parts were very expensive and delicate, made from thin plastic that breaks easily.

3/. The external parts Lotus used were made from uncoated aluminium or mild steel so would corrode.

4/. The EliseParts system is available in both Right Hand Drive format or Left-Hand drive for those people converting from one side to the other.

Our system is more robust , we use 2.5mm ABS Vacuum formed plastic rather than the OEM 1.5mm.

We have coated the alloy parts and used stainless steel for all the brackets.

Accepts the OEM heater matrix or our more powerful upgraded version.

The internal air ways and flaps are better designed in that the air flow is directed more precisely.

The System consists of :

Main Heater Housing with internal pre-installed flap and bracketry

Heater Lid with Foam cushioning and stainless-steel bracket

New Stainless Steel Heater Control Lever ( this part is £60 if purchased from Lotus).

New Heater Cable Clip

We can also supply a full stainless steel and powder coated Square to round flexible hose adaptor that fits to the Fan Motor Exit Here.

If you are doing a RHD or LHD conversion we can also supply the Plenum chamber that directs the airflow internally Here
