The only way to improve horsepower is to get more air/fuel into the combustion chamber which in turn means you need to get more air out.

Lightweight and quite simply the ultimate manifold you can buy for your Lotus.
Beautifully crafted from 1.5mm T304 grade Stainless Steel rather than the more commonly used 409/Mild Steel.
We guarantee that our manifolds will not corrode away like the cheaper 409 which can start corroding in as little as 12 months or Mild Steel which can start corroding in as little as 6 months.
Our laser cut flanges and TIG welding wire are also stainless steel.
Some companies’ compromise and mix mild steel with stainless steel, this is not advisable as the areas rust even more due to the galvanic reaction between two different metals
There are many on the market but none have ALL the advantages of ours.
Take a look at the following pictures in detail and you can see why this is slightly more expensive than other manifolds currently available.
Apart from using "non-cheated" bends throughout to smooth the exhaust flow, it is fully TIG (TUNGSTEN INERT GAS) welded whilst being back purged with Argon gas so the internal welds are smoother, stronger,the gases flow more freely and ultimately gain more power.
It has perfectly formed "slip joints" so there is room for expansion and contraction which alleviates potential cracking that is sometimes a problem on solid 1 piece manifolds.
Another advantage of this is it's easier to install, as the engine can stay completely in situ (some solid manifolds require the engine mount to be loosened).
The primaries and secondary’s are as close as you can get to the perfect length and if you look at the step joints you will see these have been immaculately formed too.
Take a look at the pictures, this system has been thoroughly engineered to give as many advantages to the owner as possible.
We feel confident there is not a better/lighter exhaust manifold available as we have engineered this one to the highest standards possible.
We simply cannot think of anything else that can be done to improve this system.
As stainless steel is used throughout , we have reduced the flange thickness from the original equipment 10mm to just 8mm which keeps it lightweight too (only 5kg).
Almost (TBA) weight saving over the standard original equipment manifold.
