EP Tuning Direct to Head Throttle Bodies consist of the following parts;

2 x Throttle bodies, Black anodised AND powder coated with a special heat dispersing powder coat, so they won’t corrode inside or outside.

High quality sealed bearings and  flanged seals rather than bronze bushes and plastic washers.

The Butterfly Shaft and the Butterflies are Naval Bronze as are all the screws which alleviate any galvanic corrosion between differing metals.

Butterflies have a 6 degree chamfer rather than 8 degrees for a smoother acceleration transition.

The Throttle bodies are black anodised AND Xylan coated with a special heat dispersing coating; they won’t corrode inside or outside.

The Throttle bodies are fully CNC machined with 42mm or 45mm ports and exactly match head porting of that size so no grinding of the throttle bodies is required, saves many hours work.

The centre quadrant accepts the barrel end of a standard throttle cable to eases fitments, you don’t have to cut and splice on a solderless nipple which can come loose and eases fitment.

All springs are heat treated 304 grade stainless steel.

The Quadrants are Zinc Coated and then Black Xylan coated for corrosion resistance

The Throttle Body main Inlets have O Ring seals so no gasket or sealant is required.

Accepts standard original equipment or aftermarket Throttle Position Sensor.

M6 x 20mm thread- locked studs and Aircraft specification K nuts

Silicon Lined Inlet Manifold Gasket

The coolant port has a pre installed barbed brass outlet at 35 degrees for easy install of the coolant hose from the cylinder head.

Does not include the curved Air Horns and Airbox which are available in our induction section.
