Toyota - Honda 6 Speed Gearbox Conversion.
Fed up with the weak Toyota gearbox, we have developed a kit that allows the use of the VERY strong Honda K20 gearbox, this has run for years on many hundreds of Honda conversions with up to 400 BHP, many with 24 hour race experience.
Now finished and 1st two gearboxes being fitted to existing customer’s, email us for details.

Toyota Engine Turbo Kit
Our own Turbo Kit for ALL the Toyota engine Lotus vehicles including the underpowered 111 Elise S.
Will produce a genuine 280 BHP.
(Updated) The complete Toyota Turbo engine is booked on the HKS Engine Dyno in 2 weeks time. We will be videoing the complete story with various power runs.

NEW 4 Pot REAR brake calipers with proper MECHANICAL Handbrake built into the caliper. To be released December 2012

NEW Toyota Plug and Play FULLY Programmable ECU. NOW RELEASED

315mm, 325mm and 330mm fully floating Racing discs. NOW RELEASED

Toyota Lightweight Flywheels
We have 3 versions, all are manufactured from the highest grade EN24 Chrome Moly Steel so they can be the lightest and strongest you can buy.
All have built in outer ring gear teeth this also keeps the strength up and unlike some aftermarket types they have the correct TPI profile.
1/. Standard clutch (Updated) Finished and available now HERE

2/. 7.25” Clutch
3/. 5.5” Race specification Twin plate clutch to be used with our 6 or 7 Speed sequential gearbox.

A long time in the making but we had to be sure of the perfect centre release bearing and have tried and tested this kit for over 2 years on two 220 BHP race cars.
