This compound alleviates the galvanic reaction between any 2 differing metals i.e. it stops the rusting process caused by the different electrical properties of the structures.

This is of utmost importance especially when dealing with aluminium and as 80% of the Elise/Exige etc. is aluminium, this 250ml container will be of huge benefit. Any differing metal used on aluminium will corrode rapidly as the aluminium becomes a "cathode" and the bolt/screw becomes an "anode" and after a period of time the aluminium simply dissolves.

Simply smear a layer between any 2 surfaces not only will it arrest the corrosion process it will act as a very fine thread sealer and enable easy bolt/nut removal in the future.
