Alternator Heat Shield

A potential weak point, the alternator sits very close to the exhaust.

The internal regulator is delicate and prone to failure at high temperatures.

This technically advanced material is shaped to protect your delicate alternator internals from the direct heat off the manifold.

Made from double skinned Nimbus G11 it can reduce manifiold directed temperatures by up to 60 degrees centigrade.

We can also supply an air duct/hose quite cheaply that can be positioned to flow cool side intake air to the alternator, please contact us for details of this.
