Wishbone Jig Pictures

The S1 Elise wishbones are now anything from 10 to 15 years old and even some S2 wishbones are now 10 years old.

These will rust badly over the years and can lead to catastrophic failure such as this one.

To show how precisely our wishbones are made here are some pictures of the CNC jigs we have had manufactured for the fabrication of the Wishbones

The T45 tubes are laser cut profile and the inner and outer bearing holders are CNC machined to a few microns tolerance.
